We met in highschool and reconnected later in life in Raleigh. From the very beginning at our first date, it felt easy—like our lives had been quietly preparing us for each other all along. What started as simple conversations and shared laughs quickly grew into something deeper, built on friendship, trust, and a whole lot of love. As our relationship grew, so did our adventures together—celebrating life’s big milestones, supporting each other through challenges, and learning that home isn’t a place, but a person. Through it all, we discovered that we are better together than we ever were on our own. After countless memories, inside jokes, and unforgettable moments, Rhett asked me to spend forever together—and of course, the answer was an easy yes.
